Orlando, FL - U.S. Lawns is proud to announce the newest member of our team. Thane Isaacs has been hired as Regional Franchise Advisor
Thane Isaacs is the newest member of our Regional Franchise Advisor team. Thane has over 30 years experience in the green industry. Thane had worked for Reinhold Landscape as a crew supervisor, spray technician and account manager. The company was purchased by Tru-Green Landcare, and Thane became Branch Manager. Thane was then hired by ValleyCrest Companies to run their Memphis operations for over five years. Thane moved to Vermont to help run the maintenance department at Homestead Landscaping in Bondville, Vermont where Thane learned the different aspects of high-end residential work and snow management to broaden his knowledge and skills of the management of properties.
His role as U.S. Lawns Regional Franchise Advisor will be to advise, coach and mentor U.S. Lawns franchisees in start-up operations, customer acquisition, labor, administration and financial reporting and all other aspects of owning and operating a landscape management business, including horticulture, agronomic, irrigation and quality standards.
Thane attended Texas Tech College in Lubbock, TX. He and Julie have been married 14 years and have three children, ages 22, 13 and nine.
Thane is a native of Cherry Point, NC and resides in Bondville, Vermont.
